Interested in becoming ACEs Aware?

The ACEs Aware team in Ventura County encourages all physicians and local clinics to get trained and implement ACEs screening in their everyday practice.

  1. The Training is Free

    The training, offered by ACEs Aware, is free to any individual who wants to learn about ACEs. Additionally, if you are a provider, you can receive two CME/MOC credits.   2. Complete the Training on Your Schedule and at Your Pace

    The training takes about two hours to complete. However, your progress throughout the modules is saved online, so you can return and complete the full training at a later time.

  3. Earn Your Certificate & Attest to Begin Screening

    Once you have completed the official ACEs Aware training, you will receive a certificate and be asked to attest in order to begin screening patients. The only way to bill through Medi-Cal is to ensure that you attest after you finish the course. To find out more about billing or how to implement the screening, click here.
